DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• 21 years old
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Supervisory experience (related fields preferred such as landscaping lawn service roofing warehouse etc.)
• Ability to work weekends

Experience leading teams in maintenance landscaping or janitorial fields with strong leadership and accountability is preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD

This full-time role works 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM five days per week with weekends required starting each day at a central reporting location before traveling to assigned service areas.

In this role youll lead your team across the Kansas City metro area. As a working leader youll balance supervising daily operations with actively contributing to the work ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Youll coordinate schedules support your team in real time address challenges as they arise and create a positive productive work environment through your leadership and example.
