Role Description: Operations Support - 2nd Shift (1pm-12am) or 3rd shift (10pm-8am)- 40hrs/week - This is included with your 1 hour lunch break!

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Representative to join our team during the 2nd or 3rd shift $16/hr. 40 hour work week. The Operations Support Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of our logistics services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills attention to detail and a dedication to providing outstanding operational support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities to ensure on-time service and meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with carriers drivers and customers to monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Provide administrative and operational support to logistics and operations teams including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; logistics or transportation software experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
