Position Overview

We are seeing a Weekend/Evening OperationsSupervisorwho will play a key leadership role within ourOperationsteam supporting theOperationalDirector in driving efficiency and performance throughout the fulfillment process. This onsite position is responsible for overseeing dailyoperationsand ensuring seamless execution in alignment with our mission to improve healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day fulfillmentoperationsto ensure accuracy timeliness and productivity.
• Report directly to theOperationalDirector and collaborate closely on key departmental objectives.
• Lead team members by setting clear expectations assigning responsibilities and tracking progress.
• Manage inventory to support fulfillment timelines andoperationalgoals.
• Coach and develop staff through feedback training and performance oversight.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Continuously assess workflows and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in asupervisoryor leadership role withinoperations fulfillment or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency withoperationssoftware and digital tools.
• Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 4 pm and Monday through Wednesday from 4 pm - Midnight

Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 (depending on experience)
