This role offers the opportunity to develop and coach teams drive continuous improvement initiatives and make a direct impact on operational performance. Youll collaborate across departments to support production goals while fostering a strong culture of safety accountability and excellence.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4pm-3am with overtime as needed

What Youll Do

• Supervise daily bottling and/or processing operations to meet production schedules quality standards and operational goals.
• Lead and develop frontline team members through coaching performance feedback training and ongoing skill development.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety food safety environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives that enhance efficiency quality and overall plant performance.
• Coordinate resources inventory and equipment readiness to support reliable and efficient operations.

• Bachelors degree.
• 1 years of relevant operations manufacturing or production leadership experience.

Preferred

• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement operational excellence or cost-reduction initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The annual salary range for this role is $75137- $112706.Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
