Baltimore RavensStadium Operations Events Associate 2026Dept: Stadium OperationsPosition Reports To: Director of Event OperationsDuration July 2026 to late May/ early June 2027General Description:Working under the direction of the Director & Manager of Event Operations the Stadium Operations Events Associate will focus on enhancing gameday logistics and stadium events for both guests and team members. They will achieve this through facilitating collaborative planning with internal and external stakeholders by promoting the M&T Bank Stadium common purpose and quality standards ensuring that Security and Safety is role requires a strong aptitude for leadership event management and the ability to adapt on the fly to evolving circumstances. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Event Management/Preparation: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in the overall strategy budgeting planning set up execution and break down of and oversee part time event staff for all Ravens internal & Relentless events. Complete event checklist prior to each Ravens internal event ensuring event spaces and staff are ready prior to gates opening. Assist the Manager of Event Operations with the M&T Stadium Events Calendar in conjunction with Hospitality Evermore Relentless Events and MSA Facilities. Experience with Momentus a plus. Assist in executing third party events at M&T Bank Stadium which could include concerts soccer college & high school football and non-football related events such as commercials or corporate with both internal and external entities to help plan and execute all special events at M&T Bank Operations & ReportingWork with Stadium Operations team to execute all day of game/event set up including security perimeter signage bike rack magnetometers ticket scanning as well as ensure communications devices are charged and properly distributed. Collaborate with Ticket Office Guest Experience and the Manager of Event Operations to help handle post-game/event the Manager of Events with the post-game reporting & Command Center:Assist with the development training and implementation of the NFL Credentialing program with all stadium partner organizations. Assist with the ordering and printing of all stadium partner credentials. Assist the Director & Manager of Event Operations in the command center on gameday ensuring that operations are running smoothly and staff understands how to properly use 24/7 incident management software as well as manage game day movements from within the command Department Duties:Assist in preparing the stadium for inclement weather removal of snow & ice and ensuring all guest and team members Control of Stadium Maintenance Review and inspect items requiring maintenance throughout the stadium. Report maintenance items to management and conduct follow-up review prior to the next scheduled Control for Housekeeping Review and inspect items requiring cleaning throughout the stadium prior to and after an event. Report findings to management and conduct follow-up review prior to the next scheduled event. Required Education and/or Experience:Bachelors degree in sports management facility management Hospitality Management of other related field (internship experience included)MBA is a plusPreferred 1-2 years of relevant experience in event operations Proficient in Microsoft Office a must. Demonstrated experience with planning budgeting setting up and executing experience with sports team/stadium venue with facilitating staffing plans and event calendars. Requisite Abilities and/or Skills: Keen attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsMicrosoft office proficiency is a mustGuest focus drive for results and ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast paced and busy work environmentWillingness to obtain a forklift licenseWillingness to work in extreme weather conditionsPossess a passion for to work a flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays. This position requires working 40 hours per week during game weeks or times when events occur at the stadium. The ability to lift up to 60lbs is required.
