We are seeking an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist delivers quality outcomes through operational coverage at the community level when there is a vacancy in an Executive Director position. This position requires being on call on evenings and/or weekends to serve the communitys needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with the Jaybird Senior Living regional team.
- Identify and help resolve operational and/or regulatory issues within the community.
- Provide support to community leaders by focusing on overall operations resident and employee satisfaction occupancy marketing and sales staffing training and financial performance.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to increase occupancy and generate revenue.
- Adhere to community budgets monitor results and be accountable for financial performance.
- Assist in investigating any vulnerable adult complaints and state-reportable occurrences.
- Monitors the implementation of current training policies and procedures which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory and state guidelines.
- Maintains effective communication between management team members and communities.
- Uphold confidentiality and Health Insurance and Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
- Participate in regularly scheduled marketing financial and leadership phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
- Frequent overnight travel and work flexible schedules.
- Immediate response to emergent situations required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintains a valid drivers license and the ability to drive.
- Two to four years experience managing senior living communities.
