Operations Project Manager

SUMMARYThe Project Manager leads key initiatives to drive improved quality operational and/or financial performance with a high degree of autonomy. The Project Manager partners with field teams IT Quality Improvement etc. to stand-up plan and deliver high-impact strategic projects. Primary responsibilities include identifying and monitoring measures of success unblocking stuck actions through escalation or hands-on support and facilitating transition plans upon project JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below. Project Management:Own the successful execution and implementation of initiatives. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time and with a quality of implementation that leads to impactful resultsCompose project plans lead workstreams and track the progress of intended deliverables and metrics and support adoptionEffectively identify raise diagnose and solve any risks or anomalies that impact the projectStrategic Initiatives:Lead opportunities for improvement within designated project areas with exploratory or defined scope. This may include detailing the problem organizing a cross-functional team and proposing and summarizing findings / recommendations that enable executive management to make critical decisionsAnalysis:When appropriate complete analyses on current business processes operating model and staffing levels industry best practices or other execution-related tasks to accelerate progressCommunication:Communicate results timelines and status to a broad and targeted audience including the most senior executives in the company on an informal and formal basisFacilitate discussions as a liaison between functional and field teams including translating problem statements or requirements on behalf of key stakeholdersLeadership:Influence and foster an organizational culture of innovation and collaboration across broader Sevita teamsPerforms other related duties and activities as requiredSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneMinimum Knowledge and Skills required by the JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or abilities required to perform the job. Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree MBA preferred5-10 years of professional experience with preference for those with operational consulting experienceCertificates Licenses and Registrations:Formal training in one or more process improvement methodologies preferredPMP/agile certification and/or change management certification preferredOther Skills and Abilities:Ability to direct and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve both tactical and strategic analytical skills as well as facilitation critical thinking decision-making and problem-solving ability driving performance excellence initiatives across a diverse set of services employees and geographies resulting in tangible quality operational and financial improvementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and with a high degree of to adapt to changing priorities and fit into Sevitas collaborative culture and operating model centered on individuals Requirements:Travel as needed; 25% estimated but not guaranteedPhysical Requirements:Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.
