Operations Project Analyst

SUMMARYThe Project Specialist is an important contributor to the execution of key programs improving operational and financial performance optimizing employee experience or addressing other business objectives. Primary responsibilities include completing financial analyses and projection models related to operational improvements. This role provides support on behalf of the Sr. Director Project Development & Execution partnering with field teams IT QI etc. to identify and achieve measures of JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Gathering analyzing and interpreting financial and/or operational data to quantify challenges and overall project impactActing as a liaison between field teams functional business leaders and corporate partners (e.g. IT QI) in some cases directly identifying documenting and communicating business process requirementsSupporting design and execution of alternative business process workflows recommending improvements and enhancements where possibleDocumenting and maintaining project plans or status reports and/or coordinating completion from work stream owners as neededIdentifying and escalating project risks to program leadershipSummarizing project findings decision criteria considerations etc. to aid in group alignment and project completionOwning / leading workstream(s) within a project with oversight from team leaderBuilding strong relationships with field functional and corporate teams at all levels of the organizationSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneMinimum Knowledge and Skills required by the JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or abilities required to perform the job. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
