This is not a maintenance roleits a builder role. You will develop teams drive performance and take ownership of a rapidly growing department.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
Lead manage and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.
Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
Build a culture of ownership urgency and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
Drive team financial performance through goalsetting reporting and coaching.
Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Partner with operations dispatch and customer service to streamline processes.
Improve efficiency through scheduling workflow optimization and performance tracking.
Customer Satisfaction
Own the outcome of every job including escalations.
Ensure responsiveness professionalism and highquality service delivery.
Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.
Technical background in plumbing HVAC electrical or related trades preferred.
Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving business goals.
Detailoriented organized and effective at multitasking.
Strong presentation and group communication skills.
Confident decisive communicator in a fastpaced goaldriven environment.
