We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead from the front. This is a highimpact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants true ownership over people performance and outcomes. This is not a maintenance roleits a builder role. You will develop teams drive performance and take ownership of a rapidly growing department.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead manage and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.

  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.

  • Build a culture of ownership urgency and continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Drive team financial performance through goalsetting reporting and coaching.

  • Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.

  • Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with operations dispatch and customer service to streamline processes.

  • Improve efficiency through scheduling workflow optimization and performance tracking.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Own the outcome of every job including escalations.

  • Ensure responsiveness professionalism and highquality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.
  • Technical background in plumbing HVAC electrical or related trades preferred.

  • Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.

  • Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving business goals.

  • Detailoriented organized and effective at multitasking.

  • Strong presentation and group communication skills.

  • Confident decisive communicator in a fastpaced goaldriven environment.

  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
