Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit train and supervise a team of skilled technicians and support staff.
Provide ongoing coaching feedback and performance evaluations to ensure team members are motivated and productive.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes safety quality and professionalism.
Project Planning and Execution:

Oversee the scheduling and coordination of asphalt services projects including line striping infrared pothole repair crack filling seal coating and power washing.
Ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and according to client specifications.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify project requirements and address any challenges or safety concerns.
Work with pavement maintenance technicians at the jobsite to complete line striping and pavement maintenance services.
Resource Management:

Manage equipment and materials inventory to ensure availability for projects.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary supplies and services.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing updates on project status.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear and proactive communication attentive service and responsiveness to their needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and generate revenue.

Requirements:

Proven experience in asphalt services or construction management with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of asphalt maintenance techniques equipment and materials.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership qualities including decision-making problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate project schedules and client demands.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Familiarity with safety regulations preferred.
