• Recruit develop coach and retain high-performing technicians and office staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability meetings.

• Manage departmental budgets and profitability.
• Track and improve key performance indicators including:
• Revenue growth
• Average ticket

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain high levels of quality and consistency across all services.

• Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Promote a strong culture of safety throughout the organization.

• 5 years of Experience in HVAC/Trades/Home services.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing field service teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and service management software.

• HVAC plumbing electrical or home-service industry experience.
• Experience managing service technicians and dispatch operations.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.

• Consistently achieving revenue and profitability goals.
• Improving customer satisfaction and online reputation.
• Building and retaining a high-performing team.
• Increasing technician productivity and operational efficiency.
