Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees the contractors labor force and deploys resourcestools materials and partsto ensure all contract requirements for comprehensive facility support (CFS) are met. This role manages day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient safe and quality service delivery.

1. Resource and Labor Management:
   Direct schedule and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements.
   Authorize use of materials manpower and equipment.
2. Service Delivery Oversight:
   Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting.
   Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service.
   Implement best practices and organizational improvements.

Working Conditions:
Mix of office and field work; may require overtime or emergency response.

Physical Requirements:
Able to move around large facilities as needed

Top Secret Clearance required.
Associates degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management.
Minimum (5) years experience in related O&M support services and/or Facilities Management
