Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility ensuring efficiency productivity and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management with a focus on process improvement and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations including production inventory management and quality control

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate production schedules

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Manage and mentor a team of production staff providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to all company policies and regulations

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies

- Prepare and present regular reports on production and operational performance to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving cost savings

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
