Operations Manager

J&W Heating & Air Plumbing is seeking an Operations Leader to help drive a fast-growing residential service is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting and improving the performance of multiple departments including service installation plumbing sales and administration. The successful candidate will help identify operational challenges develop team members create accountability improve execution and support the continued growth of the company.

No two days are the same. Priorities change challenges arise and success requires adaptability sound judgment strong leadership and a sense of urgency. The right candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership follows through on commitments makes decisions and leads by example. This position requires someone who is comfortable holding others accountable while earning the respect of both office and field personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multiple departments
• Identify and solve operational challenges
• Improve efficiency execution and accountability
• Coach and develop team members
• Support managers and department leaders
• Help drive revenue growth and profitability
• Create solutions and take ownership of results

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of personal accountability
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Sense of urgency and follow-through
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing people and driving results
• Experience in home services construction field operations logistics manufacturing military leadership or similar operational environments is preferred.
