Operations Manager

What Youll Be Doing

No two days look exactly the same this role youll:

• Partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations initiatives and team needs
• Oversee multiple departments and collaborate with team leads to set goals review performance and keep everyone aligned
• Lead pre-shift meetings staff orientations and support training for new hires
• Help build schedules learning paths and mentorships for team members
• Be a visible hands-on leader on the floor setting the tone through professionalism communication and teamwork
• Support guest experience by responding to questions resolving issues and keeping the front of house running smoothly
• Ensure all areas are clean organized safe and guest-ready
• Assist with special events promotions league preparation and day-to-day coordination
• Monitor inventory and supplies and communicate needs to leadership
• Operate POS systems make announcements and support lane and amusement operations as needed
• Handle opening and closing duties and help ensure safety security and proper use of company property
• Respond to incidents or injuries and complete required documentation when needed

What Were Looking For

Youll be a great fit if you have:

• A high school diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
• 4 years of guest service experience and 24 years of supervisory experience
• Strong communication organization and leadership skills
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic systems
• The ability to stay calm positive and professional in a busy environment

The Environment

• Fast-paced high-energy setting with large crowds kids music and lighting effects
• Youll be on your feet moving throughout the facility and lifting up to 50 lbs
• This role requires flexible availability including evenings weekends and longer shifts when needed
