Operations Manager Cabinet Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cabinet manufacturing operation from pre-production through installation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving efficiency quality accountability and customer satisfaction while building the systems and processes needed to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of operations including pre-production production and installation.
• Lead and manage shop employees production teams and installation crews.
• Develop and implement processes systems SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Review project drawings specifications and cutlists to ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate scheduling materials labor and project timelines.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing and installation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design engineering sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve production installation and customer service issues as they arise.
• Oversee shop equipment tools vehicles and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing pre-production production and installation operations.
• Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing processes shop workflow and installation.
• Experience building and implementing operational systems workflows and team accountability measures.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Cutrite CNC equipment panel saws edge banders and related machinery required
