Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Client Management

• Manage relationships with client vendors and act as the key point of contact
• Renegotiate terms and agreements with vendors to keep the business competitive

Warehousing & Logistics

• Oversee warehousing shipping and logistics operations
• Step in hands-on with day-to-day challenges including handling pallets and shipments when needed

Operations & Problem-Solving

• Troubleshoot issues across the business and resolve them proactively
• Handle employee relations and keep the team running smoothly
• Take initiative on any problem that arises and follow through to completion

Qualifications

• Strong people organization and communication skills
• A self-starter who takes responsibility and solves problems independently
