We are seeking anexperiencedelectronic securityOperationsManagerto join our fast-growing and dynamic team.This position willwork directly withour Operations team overseeingproject managers assistant project managers programmersand technicians.
Whatyoullbe doing:
This position will have multiple roles ranging from:management of both project managers and techniciansattending project meetings &job walksonsite technician supportproject quality controlassisting in forecasting & billing processes conducting WIP reviews regularly to ensure maximum billings and revenue reconciling month endnumbersattending onsite meetingsand most importantly representing NextGen Security asavaluablepoint of contact for our valued customers.Travelmay befor this position.
- Manage project managers and technicians including conducting performance reviews andhandlingday-to-day needs
- Onsite support for technicians project managers and customers as needed
- Quality control for projects
- Attend large customer kick-off meetings and project calls toassistproject managers
- Forecasting of projects with the project management team to ensuretimelybillings
- Subcontractor evaluation and oversight as needed
- Assistin recruiting and interview process for new hires
- Actively manage the mentoring program for entry level technicians
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in business or related field (preferred but not).
7 years of experience within the security industry.
2 years of experience withpersonnel management.
Access ControlSystemVendor Certifications in Software HouseGenetecProWatch and/or Lenel.
Video ManagementSystemVendor Certifications inGenetec Avigilon and/or Milestone.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage others and drive their performance metrics.
Superiorproblem solvingandcommunication skills.
Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly.
Workindependently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience withMicrosoft Office Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
Experiencewith MicrosoftProject Procoreand otherproject management & design products(preferred but not)
