ABOUT THIS ROLE

Were a growing San Diego cleaning company with a real standard and a team that cares. We need someone to own the field scheduling quality and the people doing the work.

This is not a desk job. Youll be in homes with crews solving real problems.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own daily scheduling and crew assignments
• Run quality inspections and walkthroughs
• Coach and train cleaners to our standards
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues on site
• Manage supplies equipment and inventory
• Support hiring and onboarding of new cleaners

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing a field team cleaning hospitality or trades
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Comfortable with scheduling software and mobile apps
• Calm under pressure high standards genuinely good with people
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
