Operations Field Fire Alarm Lead Technician

Infiniti Fire specializes in the design installation inspection maintenance and repair of fire alarms security CCTV and low-voltage systems as well as fire sprinkler and fire extinguisher for the education healthcare industrial multi-family housing hospitality government retail restaurants and other commercial Fire Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Lead Technician to join its growing team to assist in providing service maintenance and installations to our expanding commercial customer base. We highly value our employees and are committed to helping them achieve their career ResponsibilitiesService install perform maintenance and troubleshoot on a variety of fire alarm systems in accordance with federal state and local fire alarm data sheets system manuals blueprints as installations with fire departments and handle necessary records for notification of emergency as a mentor and share knowledge/experience with administrative duties including completing service acknowledgements NFPA Record of completion documents and other supporting a fully stocked company vehicle in order to provide the best customer service with as few return trips as QualificationsPossess any necessary licensing and certification required by National State and Local 3-5 years related experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service or equivalent training from manufacturers or knowledge of NFPA in reading and interpreting blueprints diagrams submittals specifications programs schematics and operational/product to operate hand and power with using PCs including working knowledge of MS Excel / Word as well as iPhone/iPad to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer to travel out of town including overnight a high level of customer service.A strong work ethic and professional -starter that can work with little to no organizational skills positive attitude and an ability to learn a valid drivers license and driving record that meets company requirements.
