• Attend key operating meetings and track decisions action items owners and deadlines.
• Prepare daily and weekly company performance reports.
• Help manage operational calls texts and shared inboxes.
• Coordinate customer follow-up review requests rebooking and retention efforts.
• Manage invoicing accounts receivable tracking and collections follow-up.
• Support company leadership with calendars meetings proposals and administrative priorities.
• Maintain company scorecards SOPs recurring reports and software administration.
• Assist with job postings applicant screening and interview scheduling.
