Title: Operations Coordinator Studio Operations (Contract)
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr
Location: Santa Monica CA (Onsite)
Duration: 3-month assignment
Hours: Full-Time
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support studio operations within a fast-paced production this role you will help coordinate day-to-day activities events and scheduling to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support both planned initiatives and real-time operational needs including logistics events and studio readiness. The ideal candidate is adaptable detail-oriented and thrives in dynamic environments where priorities may shift quickly.
What Youll Do:
Manage and maintain the studio operations calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination
Coordinate studio tours including scheduling planning and on-site execution
Support travel coordination and logistics for internal teams and partners
Plan and execute on-site and off-site events and activities
Assist with day-to-day studio and facility operations to ensure readiness and efficiency
Maintain internal documentation meeting notes and operational records
Support cross-functional coordination across teams to ensure smooth operations
Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as needed
What You Bring:
Experience in operations coordination administrative support event planning or related roles
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset with a positive can-do attitude
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience supporting studio production or media environments
Experience coordinating events or managing logistics
Familiarity with scheduling tools and calendar management systems
Experience working in highly collaborative cross-functional teams
