The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills manage supplies/materials understand and perform accurate and timely data collection and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. This positions primary duties also include:
Supports primary team of 1 Director 5 Managers 1 Supervisor/TC and 1 Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICU 4B IMCU RP SP Pt Equip IV team Wound Nursing Education Services PCS/Bed Flow Dialysis)
Possess exceptional skills in Microsoft Office platforms most importantly Word and Excel
Create tailored reports and emails
Create agendas and associated minutes for meetings
Arrange room bookings catering as needed
Order supplies and equipment for daily operations and through yearly purchasing exercises
May include managing calendars organizing meetings and appointments
Participation in projects and division events
Flexible and agile and willing to take on additional duties as necessary
Complete payroll duties daily and biweekly timecard submissions
May need to flex hours as necessary
Education Required:
High School Diploma
Experience Required:
Two Years Clerical
Experience Preferred:
Two years Office Management
Two Years Secretarial
Some medical terminology
Skills Required:
Oral and Written Communication
Operate basic office equipment
