Job Summary/Purpose
Responsible for scheduling assigning managing and monitoring work of capital construction projects.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe execution of distribution projects. The incumbent will provide technical support oversight scheduling monitoring coordination and management updates for projects within the distribution capital portfolio
• Ensure all work meets company standards and in service dates while ensuring that all work practices comply with Entergys safety guidelines and practices.
• Have extensive knowledge of the distribution system and be able to prepare and carry out both Energized Work Plans (EWP) and switching orders.
• Work with Engineering Vegetation DOC and other departments in seeing that all facilities are constructed and maintained according to company specifications standards and policies.
• Ability to work and communicate with external and internal customers.
• Availability to work emergency or storm restoration as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education and experience required of the position
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.

Preferred: Distribution construction related experience.

Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position

• Strong knowledge of computers and related technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to take and understand directives and complete tasks.
• Excellent leadership skills. Strong decision making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities.

Any certificates licenses etc. required for the position
Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) required.
