Job Summary

Summary

This position is located at Community Activity Center (CAC) Parks Reserve Force Training Center Dublin California. CAC has a variety of activities and programs for Soldiers to enjoy. Its the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day.

Incentives and Bonuses

  • Incentives will not be paid.
Announcement will a have a first cut office date of July 1 2026 and applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.

Duties
  • Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
  • Issues receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash counts of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
  • Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations.
  • Monitors inventories place and receive food and beverage orders. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashiers bag.
  • Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/T1 background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds if applicable.
  • Must meet state/local age (18) requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment if applicable.
  • Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
  • Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 8:00AM-9:00PM Sunday 12:00PM-5:00PM. Nights weekends and holidays may be required based on mission needs and in support of special events.
Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicants relevant experience skills knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.A qualified candidate must possess the following:

  • Progressively responsible duties in the receipt disbursement examination deposit custody or other processing of cash items.
  • Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
  • Skill in providing customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances cost of living (COLA) and differentials will not be paid contingent upon eligibility.
