Apple is seeking an Operations and Planning Specialist toSupport the day-to-day operations and planning queries of the communications team. n

Work closely the operations and planning lead and with teams across Apple PR Finance Product Marketing and MarcomnIdentify and implement best practices across the product and corporate communications organization as well as worldwidenDevelopment and upkeep of PR processesnSupport budgeting requestsnManaging of planning calendarsn

3-5 years relevant experience in communications public relations and internal/ executive proficiency in Keynote Numbers ExcelnFluency in English

Knowledge experience and expertise in communications public relations and internal/ executive written communication skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately with time constraints and to deadline. nInterest and passion for technology and ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms contentnmanagement systems (CMS) or proprietary internal tools is with basic coding concepts (HTML Python or SQL) or advanced search syntax (Boolean logic).nStrong experience in building consensus and driving collaboration by building positive relationships and using self starter with the ability to see the big picture and simultaneously focus on the degree.n
