Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at 111 Sign you will be responsible for analyzing production data identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and ensure on-time delivery.

• Analyze production data such as throughput machine utilization downtime and rework rates
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for operations leadership
• Track key metrics including on-time delivery material waste and cost per job
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning
• Monitor inventory and material usage forecasting purchasing needs
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements
• Analyze job costing and pricing data to improve margins
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Document processes assist in implementing changes
• Support system improvements by validating data and testing

• Bachelors degree in business operations industrial engineering or related field
• 2 years of experience in an operations or data analyst role
• Proficient in Excel BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker) and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
