Realty Income is looking for an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager. Reporting to the SVP Information Technology the Resiliency Manager leads enterprise resiliency strategy and execution advancing the program from initial stand-up to measurable maturity. This role partners with executive leadership Information Security IT Facilities People Success and business leaders to integrate resiliency into daily operations and long-term transformation efforts.

What You Will Be Working On:

Program Strategy Implementation and Maturity

• Design and implement the enterprise Organizational Resiliency strategy including vision roadmap maturity model and success metrics.

• Establish the foundational program structure (policies standards governance roles RACI and operating cadence) where limited or no formal program exists today.

• Define and track program maturity milestones transitioning from adhoc practices to standardized tested and optimized capabilities.

• Align resiliency strategy with business growth technology modernization cloud adoption and evolving threat landscapes.

Program Managementand Governance Cadence

• Buildand maintain the enterprise Resilience Governance Framework.

• Provideexecutive and board levelreporting on resiliency posture gaps risks and maturity progress.

• Partner with Compliance Internal Audit and Information Security to ensure resiliency capabilities meet regulatory audit and enterprise risk expectations.

Business Continuity

• Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA)to identify critical processes dependences recovery priorities and tolerance thresholds.

• Establish plan maintenance validation and testing standards to ensure ongoing accuracy and usability.

• Act as a primary resource for business owners to provide guidance on continuity planning.

Disaster Recovery

• Build and operationalize the IT Disaster Recovery program aligned to enterprise resiliency objectives and information technology strategy.

• Plan execute and mature technical DR testing from tabletop exercises to functional and failover testing with evidencebased outcomes.

• Partner with infrastructure application and engineering teams to integrate DR into system design.

• Ensure DR plans align with critical system classifications RTO/RPO targets and infrastructure resiliency strategies.

Crisis Management & Critical Situation (CritSit) Response

• Establish and maintain the enterprise Crisis Management framework including roles escalation protocols decision authority and communications workflows.

• Serve as a central coordination point during enterprise disruptions ensuring structured response executive visibility and timely decisionmaking.

• Develop and maintain crisis communication artifacts (playbooks templates briefing).

Cyber Incident Response Partnership

• Partner with Information Security leadership to integrate BC/DR and business recovery considerations into Cyber Incident Response (CIR) processes.

• Support the maturation of cyber response readiness through playbook alignment joint exercises and postincident improvement actions.

• Ensure cyber scenarios are incorporated into enterpriselevel crisis and resilience testing.

Emergency Response Coordination

• Integrate Emergency Response activities (owned by Facilities / People Success) into the broader enterprise resiliency framework.
• Maintain alignment with physical security facilities and safety stakeholders to ensure coordinated response and communications.

Testing and Organizational Readiness

• Design and execute a progressive multiyear exercise program spanning BC DR cyber and crisis scenarios.
• Lead enterprise tabletop exercises simulations and recovery tests that reflect realistic business and technology risks.
• Translateexerciseinto measurable improvements in plans capabilities and organizational readiness.

TrainingAwareness& Culture

• Design and implement a structured rolebased training program that defines resiliency responsibilities for executives business owners technology teams and crisis participants.

• Developorganizationwide resilience culture through workshops jobspecific training and leadership briefings.

What You Need To be Successful:

Educationand Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology Risk Management Emergency Management or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

• We expect 7 years of hands-on experience in business continuity disaster recovery crisis management organizational resiliency IT operations information security risk management or a related discipline including experience managing cross-functional initiatives or program workstreams.

• Management-level experience coordinating business technology security facilities and executive stakeholders during planning testing response recovery or post-incident improvement activities.

Certificates licensesor registrations:

• Relevant resiliency business continuity disaster recovery risk security or project management certification preferred such as CBCP MBCI ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor CISM CISSP CRISC ITIL or PMP.

This position is based in our San Diego (Del Mar area) headquarters. Monday through Thursday is in-office for collaboration with the opportunity to work remotely on Friday.

The base pay range for this role is $108015 - $132831 - $160193.

Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidates experience knowledge education skills performance and abilities as well as internal equity company performance and alignment with market data.
