We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to create coding challenges that help train AI models in debugging feature implementation code refactoring and performance optimization. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Codebase Refactoring and Performance Optimization
• Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving

• Develop coding challenges and reference solutions.
• Debug software issues and implement new features.
• Refactor code and optimize performance.
• Build testing environments and validate solutions.
• Document technical decisions and review code quality.

• Strong programming and backend development experience.
• Knowledge of algorithms data structures and automated testing.
• Proven debugging and optimization skills.
• GitHub portfolio or willingness to complete a technical assessment.

Output-based payment. Candidates should be ready to start within 2448 hours of onboarding. Weekly task submission requirements apply.
