4th & 5th Grade Special Education Teacher Illinois School Year

Make an impact where it matters most. Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with an Illinois school district to bring on a Special Education Teacher for grades 4 and 5 for the upcoming school year.
This position is designed for an educator who understands that every learner has different strengths challenges and pathways to success. We connect passionate education professionals with school opportunities where they can put their skills to work and create meaningful student outcomes.
In this role youll provide individualized instruction and adjust learning materials to align with student needs and IEP goals. Youll also collaborate with teachers specialists and families to support consistent student services and progress.
Position Summary:
- Maintain communication with families and school staff.
- Track student progress and support IEP goal development.
- Adapt curriculum assignments and instructional materials.
- Coordinate with general education teachers and related service providers.
- Deliver specially designed instruction based on individual learning needs.
- Promote a structured classroom environment that encourages participation.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will bring a strong educational background in Special Education or a related discipline with a bachelors or masters degree required. An active Illinois PEL with the appropriate Special Education endorsement is also required while prior experience supporting elementary school learners is strongly preferred.
