What Youll Do:

• Own the strategy execution and optimization of complex email campaigns supporting Makeup Loyalty and value programs
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide email strategy channel best practices and performance-based recommendations
• Define segmentation strategies to expand personalization and drive deeper channel engagement
• Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails ensuring flawless content linking and tracking
• Support the execution and adoption of strategic Email MarTech initiatives in partnership with Product Management Engineering Analytics and technology vendors
• Translate business objectives into technology-enabled marketing solutions leveraging customer data architecture automation and campaign orchestration capabilities
• Identify prioritize and execute experimentation opportunities including AI-enabled capabilities dynamic content and emerging technologies
• Stay at the forefront of email marketing technology and industry innovation proactively evaluating new tools and best practices
• Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
• Consolidate and socialize wins test results and future recommendations with stakeholders

What Youll Bring:

• 4 years of experience in email and digital marketing retail preferred
• 3 years of strong understanding of email best practices including segmentation and personalization
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience using reporting tools to drive action
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity across teams projects and priorities #LI-AZ1

What Youll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $117895.00- $131765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they willperform the employed in this position may also be eligible to earn job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
