Who You Are:

Youre an organized proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy tackling challenges head-on finding creative solutions and keeping operations running smoothly. You build strong relationships with residents ownership groups vendors and teammates alike. This dedicated onsite role will support a newly onboarded community and is ideal for someone with experience in larger multifamily properties vendor management and onsite operations. The role requires on-site presence at the property daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leasing vacant units coordinating capital improvement projects and helping stabilize the asset with a clear path for growth into a Property Manager the Resident Manager for the building you will also serve as the primary point of contact for residents handling after-hours emergencies rent collection and the general upkeep of common areas - ensuring the community is well-maintained and residents feel supported day to day.

What Youll Do:

• Be thego-to resourcefor residentsanswer questions address concerns and help create a community they love to call home.
• Keep things running smoothlycoordinate property maintenance manage budgets and rent collections and oversee resident files.
• Drive leasing successassist with property showings move-in/move-out inspections and applicant evaluations.
• Identify value-add opportunitieshelp property owners maximize their investments.
• Take ownershipwork alongside the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations and solve challenges.
• Step up as a leaderhandle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support other administrative needs.

What You Bring:

• Problem-solving mindsetyou see challenges as opportunities to improve.
• Organizational skillsyou keep everything running efficiently from resident records to maintenance schedules.
• Excellent communicationyou can clearly and professionally interact with residents owners vendors and teammates.
• Tech-savvinessyoure comfortable using Microsoft Office Google products and ideally AppFolio.
• 1-2 years of property management experience (preferred)but if youre ready to dive in and learn we want to hear from you..
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)a plus for serving our diverse communities.
• Vehicle and valid drivers license required.
• Availability for required on-site hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Base salary: $22-$25/hr partial housing covered
• 401K participation upon hire
