Job Summary
- Recruit and engage prospective students interested in Blackburns online education programs.
- Guide students through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Build meaningful relationships through phone email Zoom and in-person communication.
- Assist students with admissions requirements financial aid resources and enrollment steps.
- Partner with the Registrar Financial Aid Business Office and Academic Departments to create a seamless student experience.
- Represent Blackburn College at college fairs community events and recruitment activities.
- Develop partnerships with community colleges particularly Early Childhood Associate Degree programs.
- Support enrollment retention and student success initiatives for Blackburns growing online programs.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping students succeed.
- Strong organization time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across campus.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and other technology tools.
- Knowledge of financial aid processes is preferred.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel including occasional evenings and weekends.
