We offer a competitive salary range of $45000 - $55000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within the healthcare industry.
- Respond to patient inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services appointments and procedures
- Assist patients with scheduling registration and general account questions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions
- Ensure a compassionate and patient-centered approach in every conversation
- Follow established protocols and compliance guidelines including HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and response times
- Stay informed about company services policies and industry updates
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat support tools
