Position: Online Chat Agent
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through online chat platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by 111 Sign Inc.
- Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support roles.
- Previous experience in the printing industry or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
