What Youll Do

As an On-Site Project Lead youll serve as the primary field coordinator on customer job sites helping ensure installations are completed safely efficiently and according to project specifications. Youll work closely with field technicians customers and internal teams to keep projects moving forward while maintaining REIC Rentals commitment to quality and customer service.

You will:

  • Coordinate daily field activities to ensure installations meet project specifications timelines and company standards.

  • Lead and support assigned field technicians to maintain productivity organization and quality.

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers contractors and project stakeholders.

  • Partner with the Service Manager to coordinate schedules labor resources materials and project execution plans.

  • Monitor job site conditions to ensure work is performed safely efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

  • Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and minimize downtime.

  • Track daily project progress and proactively communicate delays risks or changes.

  • Maintain accurate field documentation including site reports JSAs safety documentation and project updates.

  • Ensure tools equipment materials and site conditions are ready to support scheduled work.

  • Verify completed installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Support project closeout activities including punch lists final inspections customer walkthroughs and project handoffs.

  • Promote a strong safety-first customer-focused culture on every job site.

What You Bring
  • Experience coordinating field operations installation projects service work construction activities power generation projects climate control projects HVAC installations industrial equipment projects or specialty rental equipment deployments.

  • Ability to lead and support field technicians while maintaining productivity accountability and quality standards.

  • Strong understanding of job site safety practices customer service expectations and project execution.

  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to evolving project conditions.

  • Experience coordinating schedules resources and project activities with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with mobile technology service documentation digital reporting tools and field management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to customer job sites as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following roles are encouraged to apply:

  • Construction and/or Industrial Project Coordinator

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and field experience will be considered.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in power generation climate control HVAC construction industrial services equipment rental electrical contracting mechanical contracting or similar field operations environments.

  • Previous experience leading field crews service technicians or installation teams preferred.
