On-Call, Collaborative Pianist

$50 per hour

This position provides professional-level keyboard and rehearsal/track recording support and coaching for:

• applied music lesson instruction and examinations

• rehearsal and performance activities of ensembles performing arts students and faculty.

• Provide coaching and rehearsal support to vocal and instrumental students at weekly lessons rehearsals recitals and quarterly juries.

• Provide accompaniment for performing arts department-sponsored performances as assigned.

• Bachelor of Music with 2 years of commensurate professional experience required

• Master of Music preferred

• Instrumental music

• Vocal music (classical)

• Vocal music (musical theater)

• Ensemble

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills
