POSITION SUMMARYThe Customer Service Account management builds long term relationships with customers by providing product and service information and by resolving product and service issues in a timely manner. This position will work closely with Sales Accounting CSRs and Manufacturing teams to meet the customers needs. This is a full time salaried non-exempt position. Monday through Friday 7:30am to 3: JOB FUNCTIONSOversee assigned customer accounts respond to emails in a timely manner according to company orders in a timely manner electronically and customer records update account information as as the primary liaison with sales logistics/supply chain and manufacturing personnel on customer customer issues in a professional and effective with Manufacturing Team on credit memos returns and price appropriate decisions to satisfy customer needs and take necessary steps to implement in a team other duties as SKILLSAbility to effectively multi-task and prioritize daily workload within a fast-paced environment with competing Customer Service experience preferably in the Corrugated or Converting paper maintain a high level of accuracy and strict attention to excellent communication skills verbal and regular and predictable COMPENSATIONBonuses Monthly and Quarterly Team share bonuses based on plant efficiencies. Paid out the 3rd week of every month.
