Don Vance Auto Group is seeking a professional organized and customer-focused Office Staff member to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers handling administrative duties processing paperwork and providing support to the sales service and accounting departments.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Process and maintain dealership paperwork and records
- Assist with vehicle sales and service documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information
- Handle filing scanning and document management
- Support accounting functions including receivables payables and cashiering as needed
- Process mail and office correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office administrative customer service or dealership experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Office staff schedules will be based on dealership business hours:
- Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
