About the Position

Don Vance Auto Group is seeking a professional organized and customer-focused Office Staff member to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers handling administrative duties processing paperwork and providing support to the sales service and accounting departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process and maintain dealership paperwork and records
• Assist with vehicle sales and service documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information
• Handle filing scanning and document management
• Support accounting functions including receivables payables and cashiering as needed
• Process mail and office correspondence
• Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office administrative customer service or dealership experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Hours of Operation

Office staff schedules will be based on dealership business hours:

• Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
