Key Responsibilities The Division of Adult Probation & Parole is looking for an Office Specialist II to serve as clerical support for the Adult Probation and Parole office in Ogden UT. Adult Probation and Parole is a law enforcement agency that supervises and prepares investigation reports for people involved in and convicted of criminal behavior. Job Description Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: You will perform a variety of clerical support services such as: Supplemental Information:
As the Office Specialist II you may monitor jail caseloads track sentencing to open cases and check in offenders. This position enters F-Track information opens cases assists probation and parole offenders with reporting information and questions and coordinates information with the courts and jails. Data entry will be extensive and accuracy is essential.
