Overview
This is a cross-functional role with primary responsibility for print production along with mailroom shipping/receiving and hospitality support. The ideal candidate will have print production or copy center experience strong customer service skills professionalism and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support large-format and high-volume print/copy equipment as needed.
- Perform printing copying scanning document processing and related production tasks.
- Process sort scan and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Receive scan organize and deliver packages throughout the facility.
- Assist with shipping and receiving including checking packing slips and incoming materials for accuracy.
- Determine appropriate packing methods and materials for outgoing shipments.
- Provide professional customer service and hospitality support to employees clients and visitors.
- Assist with conference room and office service needs as required.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and workflow issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established mail shipping and production procedures.
- Use related hardware and software for document management workflow and cost-recovery functions.
- Read and follow technical instructions equipment manuals and related documentation.
- Complete assigned projects independently while remaining flexible to changing business needs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 12 years of related work experience.
- Strong customer service interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions related to mail delivery and document processing.
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a professional business environment.
- 2 years of experience in a legal industry environment is highly preferred.
- Previous print production copy center or reprographics experience.
- Working knowledge of copiers printers and related office equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting or performing basic maintenance on print/copy equipment.
- Basic electronics knowledge.
- Experience with document management and advanced workflow systems.
- Valid drivers license and required auto insurance coverage if applicable.
- Candidate is responsible for parking arrangements and costs.
