Position: Administrative Services Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 46 weeks
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated office operations plans facilities and vendor management documents and records-management procedures for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness policy compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Review administrative scenarios involving budgeting procurement space planning support-services staffing and process improvement. Provide expert feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4 years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager Office Manager Facilities Manager Administrative Director Business Operations Manager or another closely related administrative management role.
• Experience planning directing or coordinating an organizations supportive services such as recordkeeping mail distribution facilities planning and maintenance procurement and other office support services.
• Ability to commit 20 hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal

• Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
