Our established two-doctor dental practice in Fountain Colorado is seeking a dynamic Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations lead our team and help drive continued growth and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident professional who enjoys balancing leadership patient care team development and business performance.

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a busy two-doctor dental practice
• Coach mentor and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
• Foster a positive patient-focused culture that delivers exceptional service
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve practice growth and profitability
• Manage scheduling patient flow and operational efficiency
• Oversee insurance billing collections and financial processes
• Recruit onboard and train team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations policies and best practices
• Collaborate closely with doctors to achieve practice goals and create a thriving workplace culture

• 3 years of Dental Office Management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Extensive knowledge of dental office operations systems and workflows
• Experience managing scheduling insurance verification billing collections and treatment presentation
• Proven ability to drive results and improve operational performance
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This role is based in a professional office environment utilizing standard office equipment such as computers phones and photocopiers.

• The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.

• Must be able to stand walk and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.

• A college degree in business or a related field is preferred along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.

• An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered.
