• Manage calendars appointments and reminders

• Maintain inventory systems manage deliveries and shipments
• Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files

• Design marketing materials and oversee social media content
• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel formulas
• Valid drivers license and personal vehicle
• 2 years managing social media
• Graphic design experience (Photoshop preferred; Canva or Figma acceptable)

• Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
• Ability to lift delivery boxes up to 50 lbs and transfer inventory to shelves
• Familiarity and experience with various types of technology and computers
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Gemini)
• Experience with Google Ads
• Experience managing CRM systems
• SEO management experience
• Marketing experience
• META ( Facebook and Instagram ) campaign management

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• Competitive hourly pay ($18 $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications)
