• Intake new losses via phone email and text.
• Monitor updates in DMS for job status documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
• Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
• Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Update as needed daily with status updates files and move for finalized billing.
• Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs.
• Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possible experience within the industry.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions along with sound problem solving ability.
