What Youll Do:

As our Office Director you will lead and optimize the administrative operations of the community directly impacting the lives of our resident and the success of our team by:

  • Overseeing daily office functions and serving as the primary resource for rent roll accounting reporting and payroll processing.
  • Coordinating recruiting hiring onboarding and benefits enrollment for community associates ensuring accurate employee records and files.
  • Leading and providing support to the receptionist team ensuring callers residents and visitors are welcomed and screened professionally.
  • Managing departmental functions including supply inventory budget and staffing to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal performance.
  • Implementing operational processes and best practices that meet company policies and all local state and federal regulations.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience in a clerical or office administrator role including accounting or bookkeeping.
  • 1 year of experience in a senior living or related industry (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to assist residents with limited mobility lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups navigate challenging situations and make sound decisions.
  • Strong technical skills (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA residents and associates).
