Window World Coastal Bend is seeking a motivated organized and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. As a locally owned and operated home improvement company serving the Coastal Bend we take pride in providing exceptional products and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Schedule in-home sales appointments
Order windows doors siding and other products
Pull permits and coordinate with local municipalities
Schedule installation crews and manage installation calendars
Communicate with customers regarding project status
Maintain accurate records and paperwork
Provide administrative support to the office team
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Construction remodeling scheduling or permit experience is a plus
