Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring an Office Clerk for a Florida state government client supporting the Office of Licensing in Fort Pierce. The Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to licensing specialists and supervisors maintaining logs and records processing correspondence handling intake and call routing and preparing recurring reports.

Bilingual English and Spanish ability both written and verbal is highly desired for this position.

Position Details

Candidate Responsibilities
  • Email the daily muster to the designated supervisor.
  • Process administrative fine FedEx shipments.
  • Maintain weekly and biweekly logs.
  • Record and update the monthly travel log for all travel.
  • Update Work Force records including director changes and email address changes.
  • Look up background screening records in the Clearinghouse to assist specialists and supervisors.
  • Prepare the HHS Summary Report which is due on the first of every month.
  • Prepare the law enforcement inquiry report covering family and daycare information.
  • Screen and transfer calls.
  • Maintain documents and the log system on the shared drive and keep them up to date.
  • Check voicemail and email throughout the day.
  • Perform complaint intake.
  • Prioritize work assignments as required.
  • Prepare interview packets.
  • Schedule meeting rooms.
  • Maintain provider training certificates registration lists and meeting minutes as assigned by the supervisor.
