Job Summary:

Support office administration.

Detailed Description:

Office Administration duties: mail retrieval guest greeting and compliance screening receiving items from couriers badge creation ordering of supplies coordinating office functions paying invoices shipping and receiving and marketing clerical tasks.

Requirements:

5 years experience in office administration roles

Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
