The Office Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for handling scheduling document management communications data entry and general administrative tasks in a fully remote work environment.
The Office Assistant collaborates with multiple departments and supports organizational processes by maintaining accurate records coordinating tasks and assisting with office-related functions.
This is a fully remote position; however applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Manage calendars schedules and meeting coordination
Organize digital files records and documentation
Respond to emails phone calls and internal communications
Assist with data entry reporting and document preparation
Coordinate office workflows and administrative processes
Support onboarding and scheduling activities as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of information
Assist with expense tracking and basic operational tasks
Support special projects and team initiatives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
13 years of experience in administrative support office assistance or clerical work
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Basic problem-solving and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scheduling and collaboration tools such as Google Calendar Microsoft Teams or Zoom
Familiarity with project and task management tools such as Asana or Trello
Experience in remote administrative support environments
Basic bookkeeping or records management experience is a plus
